بجلی کی بندش سے سندھ میں موبائل فون سروسز متاثر
سندھ میں مون سون کی طوفانی بارش کے باعث کراچی سمیت پورے صوبے میں ٹیلی کام سیکٹر کے تقریبا نصف موبائل فون ٹاورز شدید متاثر ہوئے۔
بارش کے دوران کراچی کے شہریوں نے موبائل پر فون کالز نہ کر پانے اور سننے سے متعلق سوشل میڈیا گروپس پر شکایات کے انبار لگا دیے لیکن مسئلہ تاحال حل نہ ہوسکا۔ موبائل نیٹ ورک کا مسئلہ کسی ایک کمپنی یا شہر میں نہیں بلکہ بیشتر شہروں میں مختلف موبائل نیٹ ورک متاثر ہوئے ہیں۔
شکایات کرنے والوں کا کہنا تھا کہ انہیں تمام 4 نیٹ ورکس جاز، ٹیلی نار، زونگ اور یوفون پر مسائل کا سامنا ہے۔ صارفین کو گزشتہ 48 گھنٹوں سے کراچی سمیت سندھ کے دیگر شہروں میں اس مسئلے کا سامنا ہے۔۔
ٹیلی کام ذرائع نے بذریعہ واٹس ایپ پیغامات کے بتایا کہ سپلائی چین کی روکاٹ کے باعث سندھ بھر میں موبائل نیٹ ورک ٹھیک کام نہیں کر رہے اور کہیں بندش کا شکار ہیں۔ ذرائع کے مطابق کےالیکٹرک کی جانب سے بجلی کی عدم فراہمی کے باعث نصف ٹاورز کام نہیں کر رہے۔
شدید بارشوں کے باعث فیول بھی نہیں پہنچ سکا جس کی وجہ سے جنریٹرز کی مدد سے چلنے والے ٹاورز بھی بند ہوگئے ہیں۔
خبر کی اشاعت تک موبائل فون سروسز مکمل بحال نہیں ہوئی تھی تاہم ایک کمپنی کا دعویٰ ہے کہ انکی صرف دس سائٹ ڈاؤن ہیں جس پر بحالی کا کام جاری ہے۔
ایک دوسری کمپنی کا کہنا تھا کہ ٹاورز کی بندش کے باعث انکی ٹیم کے درمیان بھی رابطہ منقطع ہوا جس کی وجہ سے بحالی کا کام تاخیر کا شکار ہوا۔
کمپنی کا کہنا تھا کہ جمعرات 27 اگست کو طوفانی بارش کے باعث انکی ٹیم کام نہیں کر سکی تاہم بارش رکنے کے بعد سے نیٹ ورکس کی بحالی کا کام جاری ہے

The complainers said they had problems with all 4 networks jazz, telenor, zong and iPhone. Users have been experiencing this problem in other cities in Sindh, including Karachi, for the past 48 hours.
Sma Digital tried to contact the spokesperson of all the companies, but no network was able to be efficient.
"The supply chain's blockade has caused mobile networks across Sindh to be shut down and are being shut down," telecom sources told The Wats app. Sources said that half the towers are not functioning due to lack of electricity from the electric side.
The city has also been closed due to heavy rains, which have also led to the closure of the towers operated by generators.
Mobile phone services were not fully restored until the news was published, but one company claims that they have only 10 sites down, which is being restored.
Another company said that the closure of the towers also cut off contact between their team, which led to delays in the restoration work.
The company said that its team was unable to work on Thursday, August 27 due to the heavy rain, but the network has been restored since the rain stopped.
